  • Rib Eyes: 2 steaks (either bone-in or boneless)
  • New York Strip: 2 steaks  
  • T-bone: 2 steaks
  • Sirloin steaks: 2 steaks 
  • Brisket: approx 3-5 lbs 
  • Uncured all beef Hot Dogs - 2 packs
  • Beef Roasts: 3 roasts (3.5-4lbs each) 
  • Short Ribs: 2 packs (4 short ribs per pack)
  • Stew meat/ cube steaks/ fajita meat (4 packs variable)
  • Soup Bones- 5 pounds or 3 packs of bone broth
